Praise and gratitude we extend to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa, God Almighty because it is with His blessing that this fifth National Seminar on Innovative Research (Senari) can be carried out as planned. This seminar activity was initiated by the Undiksha Research Institute (now the Undiksha Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) to facilitate the publication of research results that put forward the side of innovation, quality excellence, and the uniqueness of each discipline in order to strengthen the nation’s identity. This is reflected in the theme that has been consistently carried by SENARI since the beginning of its implementation, namely “Strengthening National Identity Through Research, Superior Innovation, and Character.” Along with Senari V, the second National Seminar on Community Service (Senadimas) was also held. The implementation of Senadimas is a task given by LPPM Undiksha to the organizing committee which is intended as an effort to provide opportunities for lecturers in disseminating the results of community service.
This year’s Senari and Senadimas event featured three speakers. As the main speaker is Prof. Dr. T Chan Basarudin, professor of Computer Science at the University of Indonesia who is currently the Executive Director of BAN-PT and also the President of the ASEAN Quality Assurance Network (AQAN). Therefore, on behalf of the committee, allow us to welcome all participants in the 5th Senari and 2nd Senadimas, and thank you infinitely for your trust in Undiksha.
