Inbis Undiksha visited IndigoSpace and the Fashion Building in order to design a collaborative programme that can be carried out to provide assistance for start-ups from the academic element, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha
In the context of the Growth and Development of SMIs in Industrial Centers, the Directorate of Various Industries and Chemical, Clothing and Handicraft IKMs will carry out the 2021 Design Lab Programme which will be followed by SMIs in selected Centers. On this occasion, six Undiksha Business Incubator mentors were involved in the mentoring programme which was carried out from Monday, October 25, 2021 to Monday, December 6, 2021. Mentors received briefing in the context of shared perceptions given by the Ministry of Industry, Directorate of Miscellaneous Industries and IKM Chemistry, Clothing and Crafts. The materials provided by the mentor during the mentoring took place include:
- Komang Endrawan Sumadi Putra, S.E., M.M. provide material on value-added business ideas, business model canvases, internal and external business assessments, and competitive strategies.
- Trianasari, Ph.D., C.H.E. provide material on market segmentation, branding, digital marketing.
- Dr. I Ketut Sida Arsa, S.Sn., M.Sc. provide material on the management of consumer relations and community empowerment.
- M. Rudi Irwansyah, S.Pd., M.Pd. provide material on production standards, product quality improvement.
- Dr. I Nengah Suarmanayasa, SE., M.Sc. provide material on employee retention and teamwork.
- I Nyoman Suadnyana Pasek, SE., M.Sc. provide material on financial analysis and preparation of financial reports.
The assistance provided for five weeks was carried out in a hybrid way, namely offline and online, adjusting the material and assistance needs. Thank you for trusting the Ministry of Industry, in this case the Directorate of Various Industries and Chemical, Clothing and Handicraft IKM to mentor Inbis Undiksha to be actively involved in providing assistance to craftsmen in Celuk Village, Gianyar Regency.
