Over time, technology is developing rapidly which comes from creativity and innovation created by humans. This of course must be supported by Human Resources (HR) who are required to be able to adapt at this time. In achieving this, the nation’s successor is the hope for the Indonesian nation. Therefore, teachers as educators who stand at the forefront are also required to be able to adapt in an effort to increase capabilities in the use of information technology. 

Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) as an Education Personnel Education Institution (LPTK), has carried out many programmes, one of which is the implementation of community service programmes in the field of education and teaching. Such as the community service programme that was recently implemented by the proposing team from the Information Systems study programme, Undiksha, which is located at SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja. 

This community service programme is chaired by Gede Arna Jude Saskara, S.T., M.T. with the theme “Improving the Competence of Teachers – Teachers of SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja in Computer Network Simulation with GNS3”. The implementation of community service is carried out offline or face-to-face, with speakers I Made Edy Listartha, S.Kom., M.Kom. On Monday, July 4, 2022 which involved 10 teachers and students of SMK TI Bali Global as participants. The purpose of this activity is to introduce to teachers that the GNS3 simulator can be used to simulate networks with various network companies. It is hoped that after this service, teachers can share their knowledge with students that the network can also be simulated with GNS3 so that there is no need to buy devices that are quite expensive. 

The Head of the TI Bali Global Singaraja Vocational School, Ketut Widi Astawan, S.T., M.Pd., in his speech expressed his high appreciation and welcomes the implementation of this service activity, and hopes to continue in the coming years with more innovative programmes. The implementation of this community service is one of the roles of the proposer team in the utilization and utilization of information technology in the field of learning, so as to be able to create more innovative, effective, and efficient quality learning, especially in a pandemic atmosphere like this.
