PREFACE
Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) Business Incubator (Inbis) has been established since 2017 through the Decree of Rector Undiksha number 903/UN48/LL/2017 continues to make various improvements to achievem the expected goals. The Undiksha Business Incubator Unit was formed under the Institute of Research and Community Service, always coordinates with the head of institution whilst carrying its duties to get direction and input. As a forum that has the task of incubating start-ups that come from elements of lecturers, students, alumni, and the community, Inbis Undiksha strive to provide assistance both via offline and online services. In 2021, there are several activities carried out by the Undiksha Business Incubator manager, namely, (1) Open House (2) training in collaboration with 1000 digital start-ups, Back Innovation Hub, Ministry of Industry, Indigospace, and several activities related to improving the quality of start-ups, and (3) a cooperation program with the Ministry of Industry. In 2021, the activities carried out by Inbis Undiksha are looking for partners who can be invited to collaborate in the tenant assistance program which is in the incubation stage. It is hoped that the assistance provided can be useful for tenants and Undiksha institutions.
REPORTING PURPOSE
Reports on Business Incubator activities are prepared with the aim of conveying all activities that have been carried out during the 2021 period to LPPM Undiksha, which can later be used as a reference in formulating various policies related to incubation activities in Undiksha, both those carried out inwall and outwall

CLOSING
The Undiksha business incubator as an institution that carries out the process of coaching, service, mentoring, mentoring, and development activities in an effort to help the growth of profitable and sustainable technology-based startups, has tried to provide good services for tenants both inwall and outwall. It is hoped that the incubated tenants will be able to grow and develop into independent businesses.
